These herbs are used often to induce labor. They may be particularly effective if you are having weak or irregular contractions. Blue cohosh is believed to make uterine contractions stronger, while black cohosh may regulate the contractions. Together, they work to make contractions more effective. Unfortunately, no studies have determined that these natural treatments are safe, or whether all versions of the herb available for purchase are of equal potency. Be sure to discuss any herbal treatment with your practitioner before attempting it, to see if it is a good idea in your situation.
go get yourself a 44oz Dr. Pepper, jump on the tramp, stand upside down and come clean my house. I have no idea what works but hopefully that baby comes soon!
ASPEN: In the car ride home from vacation, I turned around and scared Aspen with a "Roar". She screamed, laughed, then said, "Momma, roar me again!" *****We called Grandma around 9:00pm to tell her Happy Birthday. Aspen said it really quietly. We told her to say it louder, but instead she said, "I just really want to go to bed." *****We were shopping for clothes for Uncle Cam's wedding and Aspen picked up a cute outfit. She ran up to Dave, showed it to him, and then said, "Love it!" *****She calls freckles, "pickles." It's so cute. I can't correct her.
CONNOR: We were in a bathroom in California and I jokingly asked Connor if he needed a diaper change. (He is potty trained!) He looks at me seriously and says, "I don't know. Let me check." And proceeds to pull down his pants. *****One night we were out late shopping. On our way home Connor fell asleep. I tried to wake him up to ask him what he wanted for dinner at MCDonald's and because bed time was only an hour away. He groggily responded, "But the sky is down!" ***** Playdough for Connor is pronounced, "potato." Again, can't correct it.
BROOKE: We were watching a video of Panda sneezing and she thought it was so funny. She said to me, "Connor and Aspen have to see this! They will crap up!" *****At the grocery store, the kids always fight over who gets to ride in the "car" part (only room for two). So yesterday I asked who would volunteer to sit in the basket part. Aspen willingly volunteered so I let her choose a treat. I was telling Dave about it before family prayer and Brooke said, "Next time you do that, I'll Bolunteer!" *****Brooke calls eyelashes, "eyeflashes." Too sweet.

Pineapple is considered to be a labor-inducing food, however there is no research that supports this method beyond women's own stories.
and I read somewhere that swinging at the park might help???
take naps and eat......
Happy Due Date! Or not so much...good luck with the waiting!
