Hypnobirthing

As most of you know, I can't have an epidural or spinal block due to the rods in my back. Therefore, this labor and delivery will be all natural! To help deal with the pain, I am taking a hypnobirthing class. I've talked to many people who have done this and it has helped them tremendously. I'm really excited to start! My first class is tonight. Hopefully I'll have a very quick, and easy labor and delivery. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Well I don't know that quick and easy should be used in the same sentance as birthing BUT I took that class years ago, and it did help. I said help! I had my 2 girls with no drugs and I would do it again. When I thought I couldn't take any more pain, it just stayed that way, didn't get worse until she came out... Good Luck!

I did hypnobirthing and I know it helped for sure. Also, I would totally reccomend a Doula-mine was fantastic. It is an extra expense but so so so worth it! That know things that help so so so so much while in labor and pushing! You can totally do it-I was a little scared after having Andrew c-section I had never pushed out a baby, but it was really challenging and fantastic at the same time

Good Luck and may the force be with you. I had a horrible pregnancy and an aweful birth the best thing I can say is that after the hyperventalating and the panic attack i remember NOTHING...I wish the best for you, You are strong and I am sure you will be GREAT.....Good Luck on that short and easy Like I said I don't remember much of Bryson's birth, but I remember it wasn't short or easy....maybe you'll get lucky
