Preschool Zoo and Graduation

After learning all about the animals, my classes picked an animal, researched the animal, and together we wrote a little script for them to memorize. Then we made cages and masks and performed our zoo for our families. It turned out so cute! They all did a great job. I also combined it with graduation. All the kids did awesome this year. I loved being their teacher.

40 Years!

My parents recently shared their 40th wedding anniversary! I put together a little party for them with all of their kids, kids-in-law, and grandkids. It turned out really fun. Congratulations to my wonderful parents on this great accomplishment. Marriage takes work and lots of love. My parents have and do both. Love you mom and Dad!

Hogle Zoo

This semester in preschool, we learned all about animals. The kids loved it! So for our field trip we went up to the Hogle Zoo. We had a lot of fun! The weather (I thought) was pretty perfect. Not too hot or too cold. The kids favorite animals were the monkeys and orangutans, but I thought the giraffe and elephants were pretty cool too. We all rode the train and the kids got to play on the toys. They also rode the carousel. I was wiped out by the end of the day, but it was so worth it!
